- Prior to shipment, the order is carefully checked for defects and completeness
- We pack securely

All orders received before 12 and agreed with the manager are sent on the same day. Orders received after 12 will be shipped the next day.
If necessary, orders can be sent in urgent order at the personal request of the client.
Return and exchange takes place within 14 days or according to the current legislation.
The minimum order amount for delivery by Nova Poshta with cash on delivery is: UAH 500.
Why are these conditions introduced?
- Avoidance of financial losses:If the customer refuses to pay or does not pick up the parcel, the cost of delivery will be borne by us. To avoid such situations, a minimum order amount and a full prepayment allow you to compensate for costs and ensure quality service
- A rational approach to delivery:We strive to offer favorable and fair conditions for all customers. If the amount of the order does not allow to cover the costs in case of refusal or non-collection of the order, this makes the process economically unfeasible
In the case of 100% prepayment, this rule is not used.
