Ways of cue branding.

There are quite a few ways, but primary ones are engraving and marking, as well as inlaying with various materials. According to the method of application, there are several types of branding; their choice depends on the model of the cue itself, the preferences of the customer and the size of the image. The most common ways:

Engraving:

• engraving of the shop/workshop name or any other phrase;
• engraving of a symbol/image;
• open or closed (with the application of a special paste-like composition) engraving of initials

Marking:

• open mark without protective coating;
• closed mark with protective coating;

Inlaying with various materials:

• inlay with valuable wood species;
• bumper inlay with a billiard ball;
