Kleiberit polyurethane adhesive is available in several versions and is produced at the KLEBCHEMIE plant in Germany.

DESCRIPTION:

Kleiberit 501.0, 501.3, 501.6, 501.8 are water-resistant, one-component D4 polyurethane adhesives that cure with air humidity. They are a light brown viscous liquid with a yellow tint. After hardening, an adhesive bond is formed with high resistance to low temperatures and water (adhesive D4).

IMPORTANT:

The open time is the safe working time before pressing (clamping) during which the adhesive retains its proper viscosity.

APPLICATION:

Kleiberit glue is specially designed for gluing wood.

PROPERTIES:

Kleiberit adhesive must be stored at a temperature of at least +20 °C. This provides optimal working conditions, setting and curing of the adhesive.

PECULIARITIES:

Kleiberit adhesives are available in several versions: 501.0, 501.3, 501.6, 501.8

To increase the shelf life as long as possible, close the cap tightly.

Differences in open time between Kleiberit versions:

• Kleiberit 501.0 - open time 20 - 25 minutes
• Kleiberit 501.3 - open time 40 - 45 minutes
• Kleiberit 501.6 - open time 65 - 70 minutes
• Kleiberit 501.8 - open time approx. 8 minutes
